The Pink Panther
is a Stronger Flow original kata - a symmetrical Rope Flow sequence that sharpens footwork, balance, transition timing, and behind-the-back control.

Built to refine contralateral coordination and full-body flow, it’s challenging, rewarding, and unlike anything else in Rope Flow.
